betterplan.ai provides informational tools to compare electricity plans and estimate potential savings. We are not an electricity provider, utility, broker of record, or legal advisor.

Plan availability, rates, terms, fees, credits, and delivery charges can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any listed plan, rate, or savings estimate will be available at enrollment.

You are responsible for reviewing provider terms, Electricity Facts Labels (EFL), and enrollment details before making decisions. Final contract terms are between you and the third-party provider.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, betterplan.ai disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, betterplan.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost savings, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
