Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide (such as uploaded bills, ZIP code, and contact details if submitted) and technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to generate plan recommendations, improve product performance, monitor abuse, and measure analytics/conversions.

We may use third-party services (for hosting, analytics, and data enrichment). Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

To keep bill analysis free and prevent abuse, we count how many analyses come from a given network address. These rate-limit counters hold only a one-way hash of the address and a number — never the address itself and never any bill content — and are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Separately, when a request is blocked as abusive we log that event, which may include the network address, and delete it within 14 days.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data when required for service operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or business transfers.

You are responsible for avoiding unnecessary sensitive data in uploaded documents. We recommend redacting information not needed for bill analysis where possible.

You may request deletion of account-related data where applicable by contacting support.
